Are you reliable?
If we say we are going to be where you requested at the time you specify, you can rely on that. We look forward to building a reputation of being the most reliable company you have ever done business with. We do this one customer at a time.
Do you only clean waterfront windows?
No. We can clean windows in/on any and every type of home or office, wherever you are located.
Are the cleaning solutions you use harmful to my pets or the environment?
No. We use soap, water, and ammonia.
Does a window cleaning include screen cleaning?
We generally wipe down screens when cleaning windows outside, but if your screens need a deeper cleaning, there is a small additional fee.
My windows are tinted. Does that make a difference when I have them cleaned?
Yes it does and we will not use ammonia on any windows that have been tinted in the the last 3 to 6 months.
Do I need to move furniture or anything before you arrive to clean?
No. We will move whatever is necessary and put everything back in its place when we are finished.
Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
No. We would love to meet our customers, and you are more than welcome to be there whether you are scheduled for cleaning the interior, exterior, or both. If you are only scheduled for an exterior cleaning, we would ask that you unlatch the screens before you leave so they can be removed and cleaned as well. If you have any special requests, please feel free to leave us a note. Remember, that we wouldn't allow anyone to work in or on your home that we wouldn't allow in our own home.
My windows were cleaned, but are still foggy. Why?
This usually means there's a broken sill and that window should be replaced if you want the clarity back.
